Our client is now looking for an in-house Legal Assistant to assist Corporate Lawyer with UK-based renewables projects. You will be responsible for drafting contracts, agreements, ad-hoc duties related to the UK operations of the firm. In particular, you will be supporting an in-house Lawyer with every day routine tasks related to solar development projects, including EPC, lease land agreements, confidentiality agreements, engineering procurement construction contracts as well as operation and maintenance contracts.
Ideally you will be a LLM /LPC graduate with 2-3 years of legal support experience in a law firm with construction or renewables expertise. Alternatively, candidates with exposure into contracts/agreemenents and commercial law will also be considered. You will have to have experience in drafting contracts, proofreading and basic documents preparation within energy sector, will speak fluent English (able to translate at top level), will be a flexible, professional and hard-working individual with friendly and positive attitude.
