Our client is now looking for an in-house Legal Assistant to assist Corporate Lawyer with UK-based renewables projects. You will be responsible for drafting contracts, agreements, ad-hoc duties related to the UK operations of the firm. In particular, you will be supporting an in-house Lawyer with every day routine tasks related to solar development projects, including EPC, lease land agreements, confidentiality agreements, engineering procurement construction contracts as well as operation and maintenance contracts.
Ideally you will be a LLM /LPC graduate with 2-3 years of legal support experience in a law firm with construction or renewables expertise.
