Radio Show - Listening Practice - All Students

Hi Everyone,
Today "Small Talk"- a radio show in English - starts again on Radio Stella Città 101.2.
You can listen on line by going to this link: http://www.radiostellacitta.it The show starts at 13:00 and runs for an hour. It is hosted by me and another teacher, Sophie Bennett, and we discuss the issues of the day, news and popular culture, tips for students as well as playing lots of great music. So if you want some extra listen practice, tune in today at 1pm.

(2) Thinking about your personal goal, have alook through your text book, Language Leader Advanced. Which units do you think would be the most useful (and interesting) to do in class with the help of your teacher. Come to the next lesson (1/10) prepared to discuss and support your choices.
(3) Look at the article again - note any new vocabulary and do the collocation exercise.

Note the use of want and will to emphasise very strong, personal intention. "Will" is most often used to show this rather than just indicating the future.
Note how we write the date 2nd December but say The second of December.
