- Write a paragraph describing the Italian court system using the terminology that you learnt today.
- Look at the court structure of another jurisdiction, e.g. U.K., Australia, New Zealand or Canada and compare and contrast it with Italy. What might the advantages or disadvantages of working in that system be?
