What is the difference in meaning between the following pairs of sentences?
What will you do if you miss the train?
What would you do if you missed the train?
If I had the money, I would go on holiday.
If I had the money, I could go on holiday.
If I drove, I could give you a lift.
If I was driving into the city, I could give you a lift, but I am taking the train today.
