Write a brief questionnaire using a variety of the question types discussed in class. The questionnaire should contain about 6 to 10 questions. We will test the questionnaires next week using your classmates as the survey sample to see if (a) The questionnaire really gathers the information you are looking for and (b) the results are easy to analyse.
