(8) (1) All, (2) a few/many, (3) none, (4) all, (5) much/a lot of
(9) (1) It makes it specific, referring only to part of the whole described.
(2) Every, Each + singular countable noun, All + plural countable noun or uncountable noun. Little + uncountable, Few + plural countable, little/few = negative, insufficient, a little/a few = positive a small amount but enough.
(3) either ... or, neither... nor
(4) the first and third statements express absolutes, the second expresses an opinion half way between them.
