Presentations
Next week 17th April we will have your speaking assessment for the term – a presentation. Please prepare a product launch, advertising campaign or a business plan for a product or company of your choice. See p. 54 – 55 and 58 – 59 (and the audio-scripts for the listenings at the back of the book) for examples, language and ideas. This will be an Individual presentation lasting  3- 4 minutes but you will deliver it in front of a group not the whole class). The most important aspect – preparation, especially make sure that you have a strong structure and use lots of signposting language (for more examples see this link) and practice!
