(1) You MUST ask a question to the speaker who precedes you in the running order.
(2) For each speaker make notes on the following:
1. What is the area of law?
2. Why will it be important in the future?
3. What points did he/she make to support this view?
4. Was the presentation easy to follow? Why/why not?
5. Do you think the presentation would help the candidate make a positive impression at an interview for an internship?
Your Presentation goes towards your final grade for speaking (25%) so if you were absent today, you have one last chance to complete this requirement on 14th May.
Homework
1. Self Study - Reflection: Reflect on today's lesson and write a couple of paragraphs (150 words) on the following topics: Were you happy with your performance today? How can you improve your presentation skills in the future? Which presentations by your classmates do you still remember now? What was it about their presentation that made it memorable? Structure? Delivery? Content?
